I was just casting on for my new Epic Lace Undertaking: The Shipwreck Shawl from Knitty Spring '09. Isn't it lovely? I think it will be fun to do a circular shawl now that I've got the rectangular ones down. And even though I've only just started, I've learned my first lesson! Did you know that circular shawls use funny cast-ons? Me neither! Shipwreck uses the "Simple Ring". I've gone from "LOL wut" to "JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL WHAT IS THIS F*CKERY" in 4 short minutes!
